Time and tide, they waited for no man, but ironic that we do right? We wait for that tide when we sit by the sea, and for a time that would bring in that wave of glee.. Crazy is the mind, the mind is everywhere, everywhere you see people, people are crazy, so not rare.. The early morning face and the face before you sleep, do you see a difference between them? They speak about your day that's been dirty or neat.. Some fake that face, some genuinely smile, some cry without any reason, some feel misery is by their side.. Reality, are you afraid of it? Don't be, it makes you who you are.. Face the downfall, face the downpour, stand in that rain, drench it out like never before.. Cry and laugh everyday, you can't be static all your life, be like the night and day.. Just be..

ReplyDeleteActually Karan...time is how we see it as. That is what I believe. How we look at time is what time becomes. When we are happy...time pass by too fast. When we are sad...time slows down. If we are engaged in something time runs past us and if we pause a bit...and look back at time..time slows down. Sit in a room without a work...I mean not even writing..for 5 minutes and U can count the seconds of the time. Ever looked at the clock without moving away? Time slows....slows for those moments we look at the clock. But then, after that time catches its pace.
ReplyDeleteInteresting factor is that...it's not us feeling those emotions...its us seeing us going through those emotions. When U are really angry....if U notice that U are angry..the anger will evaporate into thin air. I always feel that within us there are two selves...one who feels the pain...and the other who stands aside and watches the other feeling the pain. Ever noticed this in you? U may call it the heart and the soul. The heart who feels pain...the soul who watches you in pain...and who doesn't feel the same pain. Heart goes through joy and sorrow and other varied emotions. But soul....is always at peace. A simple example of this phenomenon....we are live even while we are asleep. Deep sleep is bliss...because we don't feel any emotions...maybe that's why meditation is a way to make oneself feel at peace...

ReplyDeleteloved what u have written...it's beautiful...especially the first two lines...you are right- it really is ironic that we wait..but who can understand the ways of the heart...it wants what it wants n it does what it feels....we merely play along the strings, like puppets...what we see may change, what we know may change...bt what we feel, genuinely, deep within ourselves dsnt change and so evn though the faces change they are still the same...n we go on ever changing n yet always constant
